Her clients have included private developers, housing authorities, non-profit organizations, senior housing associations, hospitals, social service agencies, and municipalities.
Sharon prides herself on her collaborative approach and deep industry knowledge, which has allowed her to assist in the creation of thousands of affordable units throughout New Jersey.
